How QII Uses Them
The QII website and its WordPress, hosting, security, form, and analytics components may use technologies for:

- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
- Session management and administrator authentication.
- Remembering limited preferences.
- Operating and protecting website forms.
- Diagnosing errors and maintaining performance.
- Measuring page use, referral sources, form interactions, resource access, and publication downloads.
Analytics and Advertising
QII uses Google Analytics through Site Kit by Google to understand how visitors reach and use the website and its professional resources. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may process device, browser, referral, page-interaction, approximate-location, and usage information. QII measures events such as page views, checklist-form readiness and successful submission, successful arrival at an unlisted download page, and PDF link clicks. QII’s analytics event configuration does not intentionally send form-field values, message content, PHI, or other sensitive records to Google Analytics.
QII does not use the public website for behavioral advertising and has not enabled the optional Google Analytics account data-sharing settings. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out for nonessential technologies, QII will provide the applicable control. Third-Party Services
Hosting, security, content-delivery, analytics, embedded-content, and form providers—including Google Analytics and HubSpot where used—may use technologies necessary to provide their services. Their processing is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Your Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect forms, security, preferences, or other site functions. Browser settings vary; consult your browser’s help documentation.
Global Privacy Control and Opt-Out Signals
QII does not sell personal information or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If QII later engages in processing subject to legally recognized opt-out signals, it will evaluate and honor those signals as required by applicable law.
Updates
QII may update this notice when website technologies or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
