Our Commitment
Quality Intelligence Institute, LLC aims to provide an inclusive digital experience for healthcare executives, clinicians, researchers, students, policymakers, technology leaders, and members of the public. Accessibility is considered in page structure, color contrast, typography, links, keyboard use, forms, responsive layouts, and publication design.
Measures We Use
- Semantic headings and logical content order.
- High-contrast QII colors and readable type.
- Descriptive links and labels.
- Keyboard-oriented navigation and form controls where supported by the site platform.
- Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Alternative text for meaningful images when added.
- Accessible PDF practices as publication files are produced and revised.
Conformance Status
QII uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA as an accessibility goal. This statement does not claim that every page, plugin, embedded service, or historical document fully conforms. WordPress themes, third-party components, and PDF publications may present limitations, and QII will address identified barriers according to impact and available resources.
PDFs and Research Materials
If a QII PDF or other research file is difficult to access, request an alternative format through the contact process below. QII will make a reasonable effort to provide the information in an accessible format.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the QII contact form. Begin the message with “Accessibility Request” and include:
- The page or document involved.
- A description of the barrier.
- Your preferred format or accommodation, if applicable.
- A way to contact you.
Do not include patient information, PHI, or confidential client data.
Ongoing Improvement
QII will periodically review important user journeys, including navigation, research downloads, and the contact form, and will update this statement when material accessibility practices change.
